As part of the fifth edition of the Job Gate Employment Fair 2026, a meeting was held bringing together a distinguished group of HR managers and representatives of the companies and institutions participating in the fair, with the aim of strengthening professional dialogue and discussing key issues and needs related to the Syrian labor market.

Mr. Ahmad Shehab Al-Din, Director of the Qudrat Center for Youth Empowerment, affiliated with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
Ms. Noha Shweihneh, HR Manager at UCK Airport
Alongside a number of HR managers and specialists.
The meeting addressed several key topics related to labor market needs, required skills and competencies, recruitment and hiring challenges, and ways to strengthen communication between companies and job seekers, contributing to a better understanding of the actual requirements of the labor market.
The Qudrat Center for Youth Empowerment also participated in the fair’s activities and the discussion session. The center was honored in recognition of its participation and presence at Job Gate 5.
This meeting was organized in recognition of the importance of bringing together decision-makers and experts in human resources in one space, allowing them to exchange experiences and share perspectives on the current state of the labor market. It also aimed to strengthen partnerships between institutions, companies, and talent, supporting the development of the employment ecosystem and opening broader horizons for job seekers pursuing professional opportunities.
