🔵 قدمت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية بالتعاون مع مؤسسة Prof Steps ورشة تدريبية بعنوان ” الريادة المجتمعية ” في مركز تدريب وتطوير الكفاءات وذلك في 24 ,25 حزيران.
🔵 حيث قدم المدرب محمد حداد هذه الورشة التدريبية وكان من أبرز المحاور التي قدمها:
🔹 أهمية الريادة المجتمعية للمجتمع والشباب وتأسيس المبادرات الشبابية.
🔹 تحليل المشكلات عن طريق شجرة المشكلات وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لكل مشكلة.
🔹 أهمية الإبداع والابتكار في مجالات الريادة المجتمعية.
🔹 أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
🔹 التعرف على مجالات الريادة المجتمعية.
🔹 خطوات تصميم المبادرة الريادة.
🔵 كما تم تقديم العديد من الأمثلة العملية التي نوقشت مع متطوعي مؤسسة IHRM والجمعية الشركسية بالإضافة لمتطوعي مئة كاتب وكاتب.
