لقاء الدكتور منير عباس مع السيدة وزيرة التنمية الإدارية

التعاون بين وزارة التنمية الإدارية و جمعية إدارة الموارد البشريةIHRM

 

تم عقد لقاء مع السيدة وزيرة التنمية الإدارية د. سلام سفاف مع جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية ممثلة برئيس مجلس إدارتها د. منير عباس

وبحضور السيد معاون الوزيرة المهندس باسم الحيدر يوم الثلاثاء 30 نوفمبر 2021 في مدرج وزارة التنمية الإدارية لمناقشة التدريب التشاركي بين القطاع العام والخاص والأهلي ولتقديم تجربة رائدة ومتميزة للتشاركية بين القطاعات الثلاث وبحضور عدد كبير من خريجي هندسة الاتصالات والمعلوماتية الراغبين بالمشاركة في “مسابقة المبادرات الابتكارية في علوم التقانة” التي تديرها وزارة التنمية الإدارية ولأول مرة في سورية.

 

تحدثت خلالها السيدة وزيرة التنمية عن شروط المشاركة من خلال إعداد بحث أو دراسة أو مشروع تطبيقي ضمن محاور المسابقة التي حددتها الوزارة بالتعاون مع المؤسسة العامة للاتصالات وتقديم المشروع لدى وزارة التنمية الإدارية_مركز القادة.

أضافت السيدة الوزيرة “إن غاية التجربة هي تحفيز المورد البشرية المؤهل على التميز والابتكار في علوم تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات والأتمتة ليتم تشغيله في مشروع التحول الرقمي للأعمال الحكومية”

بدوره أضاف د. عباس إن مجموعة المهندسين المتقدمين قد حصلوا على فرص تدريب حقيقية وواقعية بدعم من برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي في سورية بالتعاون مع جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية ضمن مشروع “بوابات للتدريب داخل الشركات” وحصل الخريجين خلاله على تجربة عمل حقيقية وواقعية ضمن أكبر شركات الاتصالات في سورية وهم راغبون بإكمال التدريب في قطاع الاتصالات ليقوموا بربط التطبيق العملي مع الخبرة الأكاديمية التي اكتسبوها خلال مراحل الدراسة.


وقامت السيدة الوزيرة بالإجابة على أسئلة الخريجين الجدد بكل شفافية محفزة كل منهم لبذل أقصى جهد ممكن لتقديم مشروع متميز يستطيع من خلاله إثبات نفسه والحصول على فرصة عمل في مشروع التحول الرقمي للأعمال الحكومية.

وفي نهاية اللقاء الذي استمر أكثر من ساعتين تشكر د. منير عباس باسم أعضاء الجمعية وكل الخريجين الجدد السيدة الوزيرة على وقتها وكرم ضيافتها وإرشاداتها ونصائحها ورحابة صدرها للإجابة على كل أسئلة المشاركين ومكرمة إعطاء فرصة للخريجين للتدرب في بيئة عمل حقيقية تشاركية تضم القطاعات الثلاث العام والخاص والأهلي لتكون تجربة رائدة يمكن تعميمها في المستقبل في كافة الوزارات.
