زيارة قامت بها جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية يوم الخميس 11 آب 2022 ممثلةً برئيس مجلس إدارتها #الدكتور_منير_عباس لجمعية رعاية الأطفال المصابين بالشلل الدماغي وتوزيع شهادات الخبرة لمتدربي الجمعية و متدربي مركز صدى التخصصي لتأهيل الكلام و اللغة
وذلك ضمن برنامج التدريب الداخلي #GatesInternship الذي تمّ تنفيذه بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي #UNDP
وامتدت فترة #التدريب_الداخلي حتى أربعة أشهر، كانت عبارة عن تدريب وممارسة عمليّة ضمن الشركات في مجالات متخصصة ونوعية، بالإضافة لمتابعة المتدربين من قِبل مرشدين متخصصين، وتقديم ورشات تدريبية لأبرز المهارات اللازمة لدخول سوق العمل في المركز التدريبي التابع لمؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية.
ونذكر أن نسبة المتدربين الذين حصلوا على #فرصة_عمل_لائقة بعد انتهاء فترة التدريب الداخلي تجاوزت 60% .
وتضمنت الزيارة مناقشة مجالات التعاون بين جمعية رعاية الأطفال المصابين بالشلل الدماغي ومؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية، وذلك للدور المهم الذي تلعبه المنظمات الأهلية في بناء المجتمع.
