Scientific trip for students of the Syrian Private University in cooperation between the Institute Of Human Resource Management and the Syrian Private University to Amana Foods Company to enhance practical experience

In collaboration with the Syrian Private University – Faculty of Administrative Sciences, the International Human Resources Management Foundation (IHRM) organized an academic field visit to Amana Foods, attended by the Dean, the Administrative and Academic Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, and 45 students from various majors. The visit offered valuable insights into food manufacturing, quality assurance, and industry best practices, reinforcing the link between academic knowledge and practical experience.
