دورة تدريبية نوعية “قانون العقود رقم /51/ لعام 2004
قدمت جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية دورة نوعية ولأول مرة للقطاعين العام والخاص بعنوان “قانون العقود رقم /51/ لعام 2004 قدمها المدّرب الأستاذ بسام عبد النبي مستشار وزير المالية حالياًومعاون وزير المالية سابقا” ولمدة 15 عاما”,رئيس لجنة دراسة العقود سابقا”,وأيضا” عضو لجنة دراسة العقود من عام 2000 الى عام 2018.
استمرت الدورة التدريبية 10 ساعات خلال ثلاث أيام 14- 15 – 16 / 3 / 2022.
في مركز تدريب وتطوير الكفاءات #التابع_لجمعية_إدارة_الموارد_البشرية
وبحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية #الدكتور_منير_عباس تم الترحيب بالمدرب المتميز وكادر وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل وباقي المستفيدين وتمنى لهم كل الفائدة في منارة التدريب النوعي مركز تدريب الجمعية. وكان من أهم محارو الدورة التدريبية:
-المناقصات وشروطها – التعاقد بالتراضي – التأمينات- وماهو مفهوم السلفة وشروطها – مؤيدات التنفيذ – وماهي غرامات التأخير وحالاتها. حضر الدورة التدريبية مدراء في وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ومهتمين في القطاع الخاص.
تم تغطية تكاليف الدورة التدريبية من قبل جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية كمساهمة في بناء قدرات كوادر القطاع العام وتأهيلهم كجزء من المسؤولية المجتمعية التي تقدمها الجمعية في مجال اختصاصها التنموي التدريبي. كما قدمت #مؤسسة_مكي_للصناعات_العذائية مشكورة رعاية الضيافة لكامل البرنامج التدريبي.
