تم اليوم الأربعاء 3 آب 2022 توقيع #مذكرة_تفاهم بين #جمعية_إدارة_الموارد_البشرية ممثلةً برئيس مجلس إدراتها #الدكتور_منير_عباس وجمعية المبرة_النسائية_للتنمية_الاجتماعية_وكفالة_اليتيم ممثلةً بالسيدة مها دياب رئيس مجلس إدارتها وعدد من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة – في مقر جمعية المبرة- في دمشق – المزة.
تهدف المذكرة إلى دعم وتأهيل أسر وأبناء جمعية المبرة وتشبيكهم مع سوق العمل من خلال التدريب والتأهيل بمهارات وكفاءات سوق العمل المطلوبة.
وسيتم العمل فوراً على وضع برامج تنفيذية لأهداف الاتفاقية ليتم بلورة بنودها إلى واقع عمل فعلي وتحقيق أهداف مذكرة التعاون.
بدوره الدكتور عباس شكر مجلس إدارة جمعية المبرة لنشاطهم وحرصهم على تدريب وتأهيل أبناء أسر المبرة لتشبيكهم مع سوق العمل كموظفين أو رواد أعمال.
وذكر د. عباس كيف أن الشراكة الاستراتيجية لجمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية مع شركة سيريتل الراعي الذهبي للجمعية لسنتين على التوالي قد ساهمت بتحقيق الكثير من أهداف الجمعية وترجمت على أرض الواقع ببرامج عمل متعددة تهدف إلى دعم الشباب السوريين الباحثين عن عمل وتأهيلهم للحصول على فرصة عمل لائقة بهم.
وفي النهاية تمنى الطرفان كل النجاح والتوفيق لأبناء الجمعيتين والمستفيدين منهم بكافة الأشكال ووعدا بأن يكون هناك عدة أشكال من التعاون تحقق أهداف الجمعيتين والمستفيدين من خدماتهم.
