Transforming Recruitment with AI

During the fifth edition of the Job Gate Career Fair, Ms. Judy Al-Karam, a recruitment and human resources specialist, delivered a lecture titled:

“Transforming Recruitment with AI”

The lecture discussed how artificial intelligence can reshape the recruitment process, from the initial screening of CVs to making more accurate and faster hiring decisions.

Ms. Judy Al-Karam also shared her professional experience of over 8 years in recruitment and human resources across the telecommunications, construction, and medical sectors, in addition to her experience in large-scale mass recruitment and sourcing senior leadership and executive positions.

The lecture addressed the importance of integrating artificial intelligence tools into recruitment strategies, and how these tools can help companies attract top talent more efficiently and in less time.

The lecture witnessed active audience engagement and discussions about the future of recruitment amid the spread of artificial intelligence technologies, and how both candidates and companies can benefit from these technologies to improve the recruitment experience.
