🔵 قدمت المدربة : د. فيكتوريا خنوف الجلسة الأولى من ورشتها التدريبية النوعية “فن الالقاء الإحترافي في العروض التقديمية” في مقر مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية يوم الأربعاء بتاريخ 24/5/2023.
🔵 وكانت أبرز المحاور التي قدمتها المدربة :
◇ ماذا تعرف عن الإلقاء
◇ ما هي أهم مهارات الإلقاء
◇ ما هي أسرار الإلقاء الناجح
◇ لماذا نشعر بالخوف عند التحدث أمام الجمهور
◇ كيف نتغلب على الخوف ونزيد ثقتنا بأنفسنا
◇ أهم وسائل كسر الملل وشد الانتباه
🔵 وكانت الورشة تفاعلية تم من خلالها تدريب المتطوعين على فن الخطابة والإلقاء عبر أمثلة عملية بإشراف المدربة.
🔴 ويذكر أن هذه الجلسة تندرج ضمن برنامج “بناء قدرات المتطوعين” الذي أطلقته المؤسسة لمتطوعيها ضمن سلسلة متنوعة من الورشات التدريبية التي تغطي مواضيع مختلفة.
