يهدف هذا التدريب إلى:
🔹تعلّم كيفيّة تطوير وفهم استراتيجية خدمة العملاء، والمنهجية التي تمكّن الشخص المحترف من اكتساب العملاء والمحافظة عليهم، عن طريق استخدام سلوك احترافي استباقي.
🔹تعلّم كيفية مشاركة الخبرة العملية التي تمكّن المتدربين من فهم كيفية تطوير مستوى عالٍ من المهارات الشخصية لبناء علاقة طويلة الأمد مع العملاء، وذلك عن طريق تطبيق عمليات التواصل الاستراتيجي مع التركيز على موقف العميل.
🔹ستساعدك هذه الدورة على بناء ملفك التعريفي الخاص بالتواصل، وكيفية التأثير على الآخرين عن طريق التواصل المرئي والمسموع والعاطفي.
🔹بالإضافة لتعلّم كيفية بناء ملف تعريف العميل، من خلال اتباع منهج تحليلي منظم ومرن، والإجابة على أسئلة العميل، للوصول لأفضل النتائج.
🔹 تعلّم كيفية تطبيق فلسفة التأمّل الذهني وإيجاد طرق لجعل مكان العمل مكاناً أفضل، وعكس ذلك على العميل، بالإضافة لفهم تنوع واختلاف العملاء.
