بدأ الدكتور منير عباس التدريب بتعريف للحضور على أهم مفاهيم إدارة الموارد البشرية، وأهم الأقسام التي تخص الموارد البشرية .


كما أضاف خلال الورشة التي قدمها الأمثلة العملية والعلمية وناقشها مع الحضور وأجاب عن استفسارات الحضور وأسئلتهم .
