As part of the second edition of Career Guidance Day, participants attended three specialized training sessions delivered by a group of experts in professional development and human resources. The sessions aimed to equip youth with the essential knowledge and skills needed to confidently enter the labor market.
Dr. Munir Abas
Delivered a session titled “Labor Market Entry Skills,” where he highlighted the key skills required to kickstart a professional career, how to prepare for job market demands, and strategies for building a successful career path.
Mr. Amr El-Sayed Al-Laham
Presented a session titled “Professional LinkedIn Profile,” exploring the fundamentals of building a digital professional identity and the mechanisms for creating an impactful profile on LinkedIn to enhance professional presence and boost job opportunities.
Ms. Samah Shoura
Gave a session titled “The Outstanding Sales Representative,” outlining the top skills and traits that distinguish a successful sales professional. She emphasized the importance of effective communication, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and adopting best practices for growth and success in sales.
These sessions are part of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) efforts to empower and prepare youth for the job market by providing practical training content aligned with modern workplace demands.
