وقعت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية اتفاقية تعاون
مع جمعية الكسوة للثقافة والتنمية الخيرية.
يوم السبت 26/11/2022 في مقر جمعية IHRM
مثل مؤسسة ادارة الموارد البشرية
رئيس مجلس الإدارة الدكتور منير عباس ،
وكما مثل جمعية الكسوة للثقافة والتنمية الخيرية
الأستاذ بشار الشيخ رئيس الجمعية والآنسة اسماء الوزان نائب رئيس الجمعيةو الأستاذ مروان الحطاب امين سر الجمعية.
وتتضمن مذكرة التفاهم قيام مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية بتقديم وتنفيذ دورات تدريبية للأعضاء والمتطوعين في جمعية الكسوة للثقافة والتنمية الخيرية .
تهدف إلى تنمية مهارات كوادر الجمعية واعتماد مؤسسة الموارد البشرية كجهة استشارية وتدريبية لبرامج جمعية الكسوة للثقافة والتنمية الخيرية التدريبية والتنموية ومشاركة متطوعيها بنشاطات وفعاليات مؤسسة IHRM،
بالإضافة إلى استكشاف فرص العمل المتاحة وتأمين فرص عمل وتدريب للمتطوعين في كلا الجمعيتين.
كما اتفق الطرفان على وضع خطة تنفيذية لمضمون مذكرة التفاهم على شكل برامج يقوم الطرفان بالتسيق والتعاون على تنفيذها.
وقد تحدث ممثلا المؤسسة وجمعية عن أفق التعاون المتعددة بما يخص نشاطات المؤسسة والجمعية المتكاملة والتي فيها فائدة لأعضاء ومستفيدين كلا الجمعيتان.
كما تتمنى مؤسسة ادارة الموارد البشرية التوفيق والنجاح لكوادر وأعضاء ومستفيدين.
