استمراراً لبرنامج بناء قدرات المتطوعين الذي يتم تنظيمه من قِبل مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية بشكلٍ دوري، وتزامناً مع التحضير لملتقى فرص العمل الأول(Job Gate)، تمّ تنظيم جلسة تعريفية بحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة المؤسسة د. منير عباس لمجموعة من متطوعي المؤسسة الجدد، وذلك لتعريفهم بمشاريعها وبمنصة التوظيف Job Gate التي يحمل الملتقى اسمها والذي سيُقام في فندق الشيراتون بتاريخ 9 – 10 تشرين الثاني من الساعة 12 ظهراً حتى الساعة 7 مساءً .
كما تمّ خلال الجلسة تقديم تفاصيل تنظيمية تتعلق بإدارة الملتقى وأنواع الرعايات والمشاركة ومزايا كل منها.
