A lecture entitled “Introduction to the Institution and Personality Analysis Test”

As part of the interactive workshop “Career Guidance,” the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM), in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (Youth Empowerment Capabilities Center), presents a lecture entitled “Introduction to the Organization and a Personality Analysis Test,” presented by Dr. Munir Abbas.

The lecture aims to introduce participants to the importance of understanding the nature of organizations and their requirements, as well as identifying different personality types through a personality analysis test. This will help them discover their strengths and make more informed and appropriate career decisions.
